We understand that not every purchase works out quite how you want, no matter how sweet the gear. Unless we've clearly specified otherwise to you, we're happy to accept returns based on a few key points listed below. Don't worry, we'll let you know if a specific item is not suitable for return (typically you'll see this with really marked down items or technical items like climbing gear). Have questions? We'll accept returns when...
- items are in original condition... i.e. unused and undamaged and still wearing the tags
- you have the receipt, whether purchased online or in-store
- items are returned within 60 days or, for sale items, within 30 days
- if the item came in a box (shoes, for example), they must be returned in the same box
Can't make it within the allotted return window? No problem. Get the item back to us as soon as you can in original condition with the receipt and we'll give you in-store credit for an equivalent amount for 12 months from the date of purchase. Pretty sweet.
No problem. All terms are the same (new condition, with tags, etc.)... simply box up and ship the item(s) back, provide us a suitable mailing address and contact information, and we'll set you up with a refund. We definitely recommend that you use a service that allows for package insurance and tracking. As a specialty outdoor store, we can't really be responsible for mistakes in shipping.
